Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern all sales of digital products made on the OILY website, between the publisher and any individual or entity making a purchase (the "Customer").

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The products are digital files (high-resolution wallpapers) delivered by download. No physical goods are shipped.

Each collection includes a set of designs available in desktop (16:9) and phone (9:16) formats, delivered as high-quality JPEG files.

Preview visuals are indicative. Rendering may vary slightly depending on your display.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR) according to the Customer's selection. The applicable price is the one displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The publisher never has access to the Customer's card details.

The order becomes final upon payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital: an email containing a download link is sent to the address provided at checkout, within a few minutes.

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder, then contact us.

If the link is lost, the Customer may request a new one at oily.wallpapers@gmail.com.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By completing the order, the Customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges waiving the right of withdrawal as soon as the files are made available.

6. Licence of use

The purchase grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the acquired files.

Permitted: use as wallpaper on your personal devices, on an unlimited number of your own devices, for private use.

Prohibited: resale, redistribution, public sharing, inclusion in a commercial product, printing for sale, and any commercial use without a specific licence.

7. Liability

The publisher undertakes to deliver files matching the description. No liability can be accepted for incompatibility with the Customer's hardware, nor for temporary unavailability of the Site.

The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the files.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy, accessible from the Site footer.

9. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer shall first contact the publisher (oily.wallpapers@gmail.com) to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
